At Scarf Specialist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the scarves in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the item is in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
